Dr. Trevor George Forbes is a Psychiatry Specialist. He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University in 1984. Having more than 35 years of diverse experiences, especially in Psychiatry.

Orville Matherson
CEO Producer, Actor, Director
Orville has worked in the financial sector in Chicago and New York City for many years before moving into the Creative arts industry as an Actor, Director and Producer who received formal training from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts, Stella Adler Conservatory, Michael Howard Conservatory and New York Film Academy.
Orville has made a huge Impact on the creative arts industry both on stage and onscreen in work such as Hamlet with The Hudson, Shakespeare Company. He Produced several feature films such as; A Dance For Grace, Jamaican Mafia and now soon to be released, Behind Closed Doors.
As a philanthropist and advocate for all humanity, Orville has now transition to the rule of Executive Producer and Director in the creative arts industry changing lives and shaping them in a positive way.
Novelette Grant
Chief Strategic Advisor
Miss Novelette Grant,separated from the Jamaica Constabulary after over 36 years of service. Her final assignment in the JCF was the head of the Administration and Support Services Portfolio. She had a short stint as the head of the JCF when she was appointed Commissioner of Police (Acting) for the period January to April 2017 and retired
at the rank of Deputy Commissioner.
She holds a BSc in Management studies (Hons) and MSc in Human Resource Development (Distinction) from the University of the West Indies (Mona) and a MA in International Studies (Merit) from King’s College University of London. She also holds a Certificate in Applied Project Management from the University of Boston.
Miss Grant was the recipient of a one-year strategic leadership scholarship to the prestigious Royal College of Defence Studies in London, England received additional strategic leadership training from the Centre for Hemispheric Defence Studies, National Defence University, Washington DC and from the United Nations.
During her career Miss Grant gained experience in strategic leadership and management, organizational transformation, human rights practices and intervention, human capital development, governance, international relations, public safety and security, gender, urban crime and violence prevention. She has also presented papers at a number of conferences on policing and security both locally and internationally.
Miss Grant is an experienced trainer/facilitator who develops manuals and delivers training interventions in human resource development, youth empowerment and mentorship, and domestic, sexual and gender-based violence intervention and prevention. From 1999 to present she has championed and delivered training to a wide cross section of community leaders from the police, church, educational institutions, the health sector, Justices of the Peace Associations, social work, and other community-based organizations. The youth empowerment mentorship programme (IPAD 4 LFE) is focused on youth violence prevention, gang involvement, and teen dating violence through the development of core life skills and resilience.
Her advocacy for coordinated community response (CCR) to domestic violence inspired her to conceptualize the JCF DVI -CARE Centres to facilitate police and community volunteers providing support, care, and counselling for
victims as well as help for perpetrators to accept responsibility for their abusive behaviour. Miss Grant successfully advocated the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) Section of the US Embassy Kingston and the first DVI CARE Centre was opened 2018 at the Constant Spring Police facilities with three others at Matilda’s Corner, Yallahs and Morant Bay Police stations.
Miss Grant has been awarded the Medal of Honour for Meritorious Service and The Order of Distinction (Officer Class) by the Jamaican Government. A Justice of the Peace for the Parish of St. Andrew, and a charter member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Manor Park, Miss Grant believes in service above self and continues her advocacy and voluntarism to help transform lives and communities across Jamaica.
David Kitson
Mental Health Coach
David Kitson is a spiritual leader, mentor, and mental health coach who has dedicated his life to helping others.
After marrying his wife, Pastor Tassia Kitson, he migrated to the United States, where they have raised their three gifted and talented children, who also serve in ministry alongside them.
Apostle Kitson is a spiritual father and mentor to many young men and women who have been given to him by God. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the The Worship City International located in Brooklyn, New York and the Founder of the Jamaica location, where he leads a community of believers in worship and spiritual growth.
Apostle Kitson is also a mental health coach, having pursued a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Theology and Guidance and Counseling, as well as a Master's of Science Graduate Degree in Mental Health and Wellness with an emphasis in prevention.
Noel Gordon
Chief Adviser on Youth & Education
Dr. Noel Gordon attended the University of the West Indies, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in science. Dr. Gordon migrated from Jamaica to the United States where he pursued a career in the field of education. At Montclair State University he earned a master’s degree in human resources/organizational development, with a major in guidance and counseling services; and a second master’s degree in administration and supervision, with a major in educator training. He subsequently earned a doctoral degree in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University. In the New Jersey public school system, he served in several capacities including teacher, guidance counselor, vice principal, Director of Guidance, Director of Testing and Evaluation, and Director of Curriculum and Instruction. He is also the founder and CEO of Dr. Noel Gordon LLC, a company that focuses on educational consulting, human resource management, quality management, and life coaching.
Phillip Brown
Operations Advisor
Phillip Brown has a strong background and knowledge in public service. He has been focusing on community support and education for over twenty years.
His journey from Jamaica to the USA at a young age shaped and inspired his commitment to helping others. His journey began right after graduating from college. Phillip worked with immigrants, refugees, and asylees in Brooklyn providing career development services. It was during that time that Philip accepted his purpose to serve as an educator.
Phillip has been serving as a special education teacher in New York City's public schools for over 15 years. Phillip has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, a Masters Degree in Education and School Building Leader Certification.
