Marlon started working in the financial sector in  2007 with Capital one Bank as a teller working his way up to teller manager before getting the opportunity to work as an accountant at metropolitan radiological imaging. 

Marlon has worked in various roles as junior accountant and  Accountant. Marlon has over 16 years of experience working in the financial sector. He believes in the vision and mission of  Love Community Action Center and has work alongside its founders, to serve the communities. 

• Marlon has a BA from Monroe College in New York and an MBA from Iona University.
